This grinder is powered by a heavy-duty 3500-watt (locked motor wattage) motor, making it capable of grinding up to 260-300 pounds of meat per hour, depending on the size of the grinding plate and the type of meat being processed.

The grinder features a size #12 grinding head, which is larger than the typical size #5 or #8 found in many home-use grinders. The grinding head, auger, and meat pan are made of durable, polished cast aluminum, ensuring long-lasting performance. The auger features AVI (Advanced Variable Intake) technology, which, combined with the 2-1/8 inch high-capacity meat tray feeder opening, allows for efficient processing of larger portions of meat in less time.

Included in the package are 3 stainless steel cutting blades, 4 tempered/hardened steel grinding plates (4mm, 7mm, 10mm, and a wagon wheel plate), and a sausage stuffing plate. These components should be hand-washed with a mild detergent and stored in a dry place, as they are not dishwasher-safe.
